They use to respond promptly. No false information is ever given to the customers. They are said to be as the No pressure company. They really explain the process thoroughly always. Very satisfied with my knowledge. Form the initial quote thru delivery of vehicle, everything went very easily. The delivery date was particularly important to me as my son needed to have the vehicle the following day, and it was there on time, as promised.
