I searched around a lot before booking with Direct Express. Direct Express was not the cheapest but had the best reviews. I booked the middle of the price range..Overall the experience was great. I booked on a Tuesday with a pick up date on Saturday. Friday I got an email that the vehicle had been assigned to a trucker for pick up Saturday. Trucker called me Friday afternoon and asked if he could pick up Friday night - which was no problem for us. Trucker estimated drop off Monday afternoon (Tacoma to KC). He ended up dropping off Monday around noon. Seamless, easy, I would use them again. THANKS. One tip - just use these guys. I put my email into a quote inquiry with another company and got 15 different quotes and calls the first day, and they kept spamming my phone continually. Ughh.
