Absolutely horrible company! After 2 attempts at delivery they still have yet to delivery the fridge. The 2 men that came out both times are so rude and disrespectful. Good people work at Estes HOWEVER when u call the customer service phone number u will u be put on HOLD and randomly HUNG UP time and time again. Its incredibly frustrating as you will wait on hold 20 mins and the call just drops. This has happenned several times over the years. More so in 2021. Estes is a Read more ....

Never use this company. They were supposed to ship me a spin bike from Seattle to San Francisco - somehow it ended up in Chicago. It takes some incredibly incompetent staff and some serious lack of security to send a package that size to the other side of the country.

Bought 500 pounds of products from Closetmaid. First day it was scheduled for delivery be Estes express, it didn't come. Second day it was scheduled for delivery, didn't come. I would avoid this company at all costs, they lied about arrival date, lost our package, a 4x8 pallet weighing 600lbs, couldn't find it had to be reshipped from supplier. Rob Estes is a greedy asshole doesnt care nothing about the customers just his pockets full of money and takes it any way he can along with his counter part with in the company. Worst shipping company I've ever dealt with.... I've shipped cars, motorcycles, and like this time, rims and tires, MANY times.... But never through Estes.... They delivered an engine for me. It appeared to have been dropped multiple times. They damage rendered the engine useless, because the case of the engine was actually cracked from the abuse it took in this shippers care. Unreal how they treated my shipment.
